If your answers were affirmative, we are looking for you — we require a **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Position Objective:** Ensure optimal operation of machines and equipment used in furniture manufacturing by scheduling preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as planned machine shutdowns, to guarantee production process continuity, final product quality, and achievement of company objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC machines, routers, and other specialized equipment. * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures, proposing efficient solutions. * Coordinate with the production department and other departments to minimize downtime. * Implement improvements in maintenance processes, optimizing time and costs. * Train staff on best practices for machine usage and care. * Maintain detailed records of interventions, reporting recurring issues to management. * Ensure electrical and mechanical installations comply with safety standards. * Jointly conduct, with Operations Management, procurement of materials, spare parts, and tooling required for corresponding repairs. * Liaise with external maintenance service providers to ensure proper machine operation. * Document maintenance procedures, failure reports, and corrective actions. **Competencies and Skills:** 1. Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance (CNC, routers). 2. Proficiency in industrial electricity, interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. 3. Ability to solve problems autonomously and collaboratively. 4. Proactive attitude, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. 5. Organizational ability and time management skills. 6. Familiarity with basic software for recording interventions (MS Office, ERP). **Profile:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the furniture industry. Education: Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; higher education or specialized courses in industrial automation will be valued. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, or rotate shifts if required.
