Therefore, We are hiring: **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR CEDIS** * Requires availability to travel frequently to various CEDIS **Requirements**: * **Degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in **real estate supervision, maintenance, or facility management** * Knowledge of local safety and construction regulations * **Availability to travel frequently** * Proficiency with digital tools for maintenance control * Negotiation and leadership capabilities * Valid driver’s license **Responsibilities**: * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (electrical, plumbing, sanitation, HVAC, etc.). * Coordinate and evaluate cleaning, security, and maintenance staff. * Manage the allocated budget for repairs and services. * Manage supplier contracts and verify service compliance. * Conduct periodic property inspections. * Prepare property condition reports and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety and civil protection regulations. * Address incidents and provide efficient solutions to operational issues. **We Offer**: * Weekly salary * Discount on our product line * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Paid travel allowances APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS!
