Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on dispensers, systems, and equipment at service stations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance of fuel dispensers and related systems. 2. Maintenance of plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting fixtures. 3. Maintenance of physical facilities and landscaped areas. **Maintenance Assistant** **Profile:** · Technical education or training in maintenance or related fields · Must reside in the northern area of CDMX or the northern area of the State of Mexico · Work location (Atizapán de Zaragoza) · 3 years of experience **Key Duties:** · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fuel dispensers, including replacement of nozzles and hoses. · Carry out optimal preventive maintenance on systems related to vapor leaks, tank sensors, oil traps, and monitoring well drainage to prevent contamination and ensure proper operation. · Inspect and maintain proper functioning of plumbing systems in public restrooms, offices, and locker rooms. · Verify functionality of electrical systems and lighting fixtures at the service station through preventive and corrective maintenance. · Maintain offices in excellent condition to preserve their image through preventive and corrective maintenance of physical facilities, including painting, patching, and tile installation. · Keep landscaped areas in optimal condition through grass cutting, plant fertilization, and other related tasks to maintain the service station’s appearance. **We Offer:** · Statutory benefits · Base salary of $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 · Savings fund · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 **This position is for operations across various gasoline stations in the northern region of the State of Mexico.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
