




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional with leadership skills to supervise operations, staff and the development of new dishes in our international cuisine and Neapolitan pizzeria kitchen. If you share our values and interests, we look forward to welcoming you to our team! **What are we looking for?** * Proactive and energetic personality with a sense of urgency * Analytical and numerical profile * Leadership to manage, train and supervise team members * Effective communication skills and openness to teamwork * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience working in restaurants, operating and managing kitchens * Knowledge of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards NOM-251 * Availability to work rotating shifts * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Tourism or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for planning, organizing and supervising kitchen processes and operations * Inventory control and tracking, minimum stock levels, out-of-stock items (86), budgets, waste, production verification, quality, shelf life, storage, organization, line checklists and hygiene * Supervision and coordination of direct reports, including shift scheduling * Monitoring and auditing of recipes and procedures, as well as appropriate Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene standards for food handling and preparation * Supervise cleanliness and order in the kitchen; coordinate and carry out daily and deep cleaning * Creation and development of new and seasonal dishes * Daily dish production and plating * Conflict and problem resolution; effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 - $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you agree to follow established processes and procedures and complete required forms? * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo?
