Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Internal Regulatory Compliance for the financial sector, focused on regulatory compliance and manual development. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in internal regulatory compliance and regulatory adherence. 2. Management of regulatory and credit manuals. 3. Interaction with regulatory authorities such as CNBV and UIF. Financial Services Division Req.30903 We are looking for a: Head of Internal Regulatory Compliance Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (Degree and Professional License mandatory). Master's Degree (desirable). Experience: Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles related to regulatory compliance, regulatory adherence, and manual development within the financial sector. Knowledge: Applicable Mexican financial regulation (CNBV, SHCP, SAT), development, updating, and supervision of regulatory and credit manuals, management and tracking of internal and external audits, training and regulatory dissemination processes, liaison and communication with regulatory authorities (CNBV, UIF), knowledge of AML/CFT and vulnerable activities, use and analysis of financial information (income statement, financial position), key performance indicators, budgeting, strategic planning, customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (spreadsheets, documents, presentations), and English.
