Personnel management and conflict resolution Poultry Processing Plant is seeking a HUMAN CAPITAL COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field * Flexible availability of working hours * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment * Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is mandatory * Two years of experience in the position FUNCTIONS: * Recruitment of personnel across various areas and platforms (field, social media, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, etc.) * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, terminations, severance payments, etc. * Continuous improvement projects that support employee development according to departmental needs * Develop monthly training plans aligned with current plant needs, audit requests, and STPS requirements * Conduct site visits to assigned areas to monitor newly hired personnel and resolve conflicts * Conduct onboarding and training for newly hired personnel * Support events, health campaigns, and programs * Prepare weekly and monthly reports to meet KPIs We Offer: * Competitive base salary * Subsidized cafeteria service * Savings fund * Life insurance Salary: $7,126.46 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
