Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant. Experience in private security and/or work in industrial plants. Flexible availability of schedule. Commitment and service-oriented attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency. Complete documentation (original and copy). **KNOWLEDGE:** Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational staff (preferably in private security). Field and digital recruitment (social media). PC and corporate email proficiency. Internal HR processes. Billing and petty cash management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Recruitment and selection of personnel. Initial interviews. Administration and evaluation of psychometric tests. Drug testing administration. Management of various recruitment sources. Hiring, file preparation, and integration. Objective-based work. Submission of weekly and monthly reports. Database management. Administrative tasks. Procurement, inventory, and distribution of uniforms. Personnel file control. Support during audits. Support to the HR and Training Manager. Billing. Petty cash management. **SCHEDULE:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays (half-day). **WE OFFER:** $12,000 net monthly salary. Bi-weekly payments. Statutory benefits.
