Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for visual design and high-impact campaigns to create visual materials and conceptualize the institutional image at Grupo Bari. As a Graphic Designer at Grupo Bari, your primary mission will be: • Create and produce visual materials (graphics, videos, and animations) for our digital and print campaigns. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and align with the company’s strategic objectives. • Conceptualize and develop institutional image proposals and corporate materials. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Design graphic materials for social media, our websites, campaigns, and promotions. • Edit and post-produce short videos and animations using After Effects and Premiere Pro. • Develop mockups, printed materials, and commercial presentations. • Produce flyers, educational materials, and others. • Maintain the brand’s graphic resource library up to date. Essential Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Animation, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional design experience; agency marketing experience is preferred. • Essential tools for this position: Photoshop (PS) Illustrator (AI) After Effects (AF) Premiere Pro (PR) • Content management and social media publishing. • Skills in structure and writing. • Experience in advertising design and corporate image development. Desirable Competencies and Knowledge • 3D modeling (not mandatory). • Knowledge of institutional branding and application of brand guidelines. • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
