Company dedicated to producing bakery and confectionery supplies seeks: **General Production Assistant.** **Job Objective:** Carry out established operations to meet production deadlines and quantities, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Report any action or incident to the supervisor or immediate manager. * Request support from superiors in case of doubts. * Carry out assigned activities according to the corresponding area schedule under appropriate supervision by the immediate manager to achieve planned results. * Notify and report failures and inconsistencies relevant to the work area to the area supervisor, in order to ensure continuous maintenance, storage, production, hygiene, product quality, and personnel safety within the area. * Operate required machinery, instruments, or equipment according to each area’s processes, verifying that company objectives are met. * Process, label, and store final products according to company-established measurement standards and specifications. * Arrange, store, and inventory finished products according to chronological order and batch number in zones assigned by the area supervisor. * Supply, transport, and transfer finished products according to each area’s needs, following prior coordination with the immediate manager. * Perform inspection, repair, conservation, and minor modifications on company-owned machinery, facilities, movable and immovable assets, per the corresponding work order, to ensure compliance with the established work schedule. * Assist and collaborate with specialized staff in inspection, modification, installation, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of company-owned facilities, equipment, and machinery. * Record activities performed across different areas to ensure their proper functioning, control, and execution within company facilities. * Perform proper cleaning of equipment, furniture, buildings, and other tools used across company areas to ensure their hygiene. * Carry out any other duties analogous to this position. **Requirements:** * Education: Primary school certificate. * Proven experience as a general assistant, supported by employment records. * Interest in production-related tasks. * Loading, unloading, and arranging products (flour and sugar sacks are unloaded; approximate weight per sack is 20–50 kg; **candidates must be accustomed to loading and unloading materials**). **We Offer:** * Monthly Gross Base Salary + Grocery Vouchers + Overtime Opportunity + Statutory Benefits (payments via BBVA). * Direct employment with the company, with eligibility for permanent status starting from the first month of work. **Rotating Shift Schedules:** * Monday to Friday: 06:00–14:30 hrs; Saturday: 06:00–12:00 hrs. * Monday to Friday: 13:00–21:30 hrs; Saturday: 10:00–15:00 hrs. * Monday to Friday: 21:30–05:30 hrs. **Note: The first month begins on the Afternoon Shift.** Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
