Position Objective: Support documentation, updating, and validation of work methods to ensure operational standardization across our various plants. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct floor-level diagnostics and interviews to understand key responsibilities of each position. - Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and visual aids to facilitate operations. - Collaborate on unifying operational criteria so that our processes are executed with consistent quality across all sites. - Verify in execution areas that the theory documented matches daily practice. - Interact with area owners and management for review and approval of generated documentation. - Participate in communication and rollout of new work tools to operational and administrative staff. Requirements: - Student in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferably in final semesters). - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Interest in standardization methodologies and continuous improvement.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education - General High School years of experience Languages: English Keywords: intern, practicante, becario, pasante, engeneering, ingenieria
