Electronic Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing and support equipment, including electronic and mechanical controls across a variety of machines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. 2. Electromechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. 3. Knowledge of laser and induction furnace repair (plus). JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains all manufacturing and support equipment. Performs other maintenance tasks as required, such as but not limited to: installing manufacturing equipment, plumbing, motor repair, etc. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Install, repair, and maintain electronic and mechanical controls on all types of equipment down to the circuit board level, including but not limited to: foundry furnace controls, induction melting furnace controls, vacuum deposition coating machines, servo CNC mini-mills, laser systems, ultrasonic cleaning stations, power supplies, engraving machines, and wax injection machines. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Specialized Knowledge/Skills 3 years of experience in an industrial environment Electromechanical skills; mechanical aptitude Basic computer knowledge Proficient in reading schematics Proficient with control systems Proficient in problem-solving; capable of analyzing, testing, diagnosing issues, and taking corrective action Education/Experience High school diploma Technical or trade school in electronics Associate degree in electronics Laser repair knowledge is a plus Induction furnace repair knowledge is a plus. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 2 years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento, electronic
