Opportunities for career growth and job stability At GALLETAS DONDÉ, we are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to ensure the operationality and efficiency of our production lines. ### **Responsibilities:** * Notify and manage work orders (preventive and corrective) via SAP S/4HANA (PM module). * Efficiently address service requests from the Production department. * Assemble, replace, and adjust equipment according to the production schedule. * Execute checklists for equipment startup and ensure proper functionality. * Calibrate and validate measuring equipment. * Immediately report anomalies to prevent unplanned production stoppages. * Comply with the Master Cleaning Program and perform deep cleaning in intervened areas. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tools, workshop, and warehouses at the start and end of each shift. * Participate in plant walkthroughs to detect failures and propose improvements. * Attend Continuous Improvement Meetings. * Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions to the Regulatory Compliance department. * Manage organizational risks (identify, analyze, and monitor). ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial plants. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in SAP PM (S/4HANA preferred) is mandatory. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety standards. * **Skills:** Proactivity, results-oriented mindset, and analytical ability. ### **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Retirement savings plan. * Profit-sharing (PTU). * Grocery vouchers. * Job stability and opportunities for growth.
