This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **Compensation Assistant-HR** **Shift: 7:00-16:30** **Objective:** Support market environment analysis to adopt best practices. Support alignment of company compensation and benefits strategies with labor market conditions to achieve employee satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure that annual salary increases established by the company are implemented correctly and on time across all levels. * Monitor and update salary tables and market codes. * Manage salary increases resulting from promotions or position leveling. * Ensure proper implementation of employee benefits and resolve related questions or concerns. * Perform accurate and appropriate calculations of hours worked per employee in the Human Resources management system. * Schedule holidays, vacation bonuses, expired vacations, and any other benefits or entitlements in compliance with calendars, company policies, and provisions set forth in the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related administrative fields. * Two years of experience in Human Resources. * Advanced English proficiency for professional interaction. * Information management skills. * Logical and numerical analysis skills. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Payroll pre-processing experience. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). This position is located at Plant 1, situated at Calle Auxiliar No. 1 #512, Parque Industrial Gema; the plant’s primary activity is the assembly of door locks, mechanical and electromechanical keys for doors, secondary doors, rear doors, and hoods.
