Complaint tracking and vehicle repair supervision We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join Our Team in the Service Department! **Requirements:** * Preferred knowledge of automotive parts and the automotive industry. **Responsibilities:** * Provide advisory and personalized service to customers of the dealership’s Service Department. * Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers who need to bring their vehicles into the workshop. * Prepare service and/or repair orders, providing cost estimates and estimated resolution times. * Manage and track customer complaints and/or dissatisfaction in the Service Department, ensuring satisfactory resolution. * Supervise vehicle service and/or repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. * Participate in training courses offered by the Automotive Plant. **We Offer:** * Motivational commission scheme. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers
