Support in application development and material preparation Job Objective Deliver technical training and specialized advisory services to customers through hands-on workshops and demonstrations on the proper use, application, and handling of products such as resins, polyester, and related materials, ensuring a high-quality technical experience and reinforcing customer relationships. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct theoretical\-practical workshops on the use and application of resins and polymers. * Train customers on application techniques, processes, and best practices. * Perform technical product demonstrations. * Advise customers on appropriate selection, use, and handling of materials. * Resolve technical inquiries and provide post-training follow-up. * Support product testing and application development. * Prepare basic training materials and activity reports. * Maintain order and control over materials used in workshops. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or completed/incomplete undergraduate degree in visual arts, industrial fields, materials science, or related disciplines. * Experience handling or applying **resins, polyester, fiberglass, or polymers**. * Experience delivering training, workshops, or demonstrations (preferred). * Strong verbal communication and teaching skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Availability to conduct hands-on demonstrations. ### **Competencies** * Effective communication * Customer orientation * Didactic ability * Organization and planning * Proactivity * Technical\-practical focus ### **We Offer** * Base salary: $11,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (Savings fund, retirement savings plan, grocery vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonus, SGMM, life insurance, brand discounts, eyewear support) * Job stability * Ongoing training * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Professional development opportunities **Interested candidates should apply via this channel, attaching an updated CV.**
