




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Billing Specialist to manage the customer portfolio, ensure cash flow, and support administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identification of needs and anticipation of solutions Jomar Cleaning Solutions is looking for: Administrative Assistant – Billing Specialist Your responsibilities will include: - Manage and administer the customer portfolio, including recovery of overdue accounts - Ensure timely customer payments to maintain adequate cash flow. - Prepare monthly reports and compare collection effectiveness; perform payment reconciliations. - Reconcile income with the accounting department and validate payment applications. - Follow up on returns, cancellations, and re-invoicing. - Organize and archive customer files (Digital Credit Report). - Provide general administrative support and comprehensive administrative assistance to all departments. - Identify needs and anticipate solutions (production and warehouse). - Compile and validate departmental reports for delivery to executives (Logistics activities and incidents).
