Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the company’s comprehensive tax compliance by managing tax obligations, guaranteeing zero contingencies, and maintaining accurate accounting and financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure comprehensive tax compliance and accounting administration. 2. Advanced operation of CONTPAQi Accounting and Commercial software. 3. Identification of tax risks and proposals for improvement. Guarantee the company’s comprehensive tax compliance through timely determination, analysis, and filing of tax obligations, ensuring zero contingencies and proper accounting and financial administration. Key Responsibilities * Determination and filing of monthly tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings). * Calculation and analysis of federal taxes. * Monthly accounting closing. * Supervision and correct application of CFDI 4.0. * Advanced operation of **CONTPAQi Accounting and Commercial**. * Control and reconciliation of accounting accounts. * Invoicing management and payment application on client portals. * Strategic control and follow-up of accounts receivable. * Response to SAT inquiries and clarifications. * Identification of tax risks and proposals for improvement. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting. * 3–5 years of solid experience in tax-related functions. * Demonstrable experience in independently filing monthly tax returns. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. * Experience handling tax-related inquiries. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, analysis).
