Job Description Job Objective Provide operational support to various stations in cases of absences, incidents, or operational needs, ensuring proper operation during the assigned shift, compliance with established service standards, safety, and operational control set by the company. Responsibilities * Cover shifts at various stations as required. * Supervise staff during the assigned shift. * Ensure compliance with customer service protocols. * Conduct shift settlement and cash control. * Assist with billing and customer service. * Verify compliance with the procurement schedule. * Support basic station maintenance activities (painting, cleaning gas grates, tidiness and cleanliness). * Report operational incidents.
