This role combines digital advertising optimization (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with the integration and supervision of digital tools (CRM, chatbots, automations, AI), ensuring that campaigns not only generate leads but also have effective follow-up and conversion processes. If you have experience in similar positions, this job is for you. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns with measurable results. * Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and measurement tools. * Knowledge of implementation and management of CRM systems (HubSpot, Kommo, Salesforce, Treble, or others). * Experience with chatbots, automations, and AI marketing tools. * Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into strategic actions. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Desirable: Experience in sectors such as real estate, hospitality, automotive, or education. Experience in technological integrations via API. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. * Analyze metrics and generate strategic reports to improve campaign profitability. * Design and apply targeting, audience, and remarketing strategies. * Implement and manage digital tools: CRM, chatbots, automations, email marketing, AI applied to marketing. * Integrate tools with sales flows and digital campaigns, ensuring lead traceability. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through digital solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to coordinate the proper execution of digital strategies.
