Join our team, due to growth we are looking for: **Social Media Management Specialist.** North Zone of Mérida, Yucatán Responsibilities * Create and publish daily content on **Instagram, LinkedIn**, **FB and TikTok**, including reels, capsules, and graphics. * Design creative assets in **Canva** and edit videos using **CapCut** or other mobile apps. * Manage messages, comments, and engagement with potential followers. * Document internal culture, recognitions, and «behind the scenes» moments. * Record testimonials, capsules, and internal activities aligned with the brand. * Use AI tools for brand positioning on social media. * Generate metrics and reports for management to measure brand impact in the market. * Develop social media campaigns (paid and organic) aimed at growing our social networks. Education * Completed bachelor’s degree in **Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field**. Experience * **At least 2 years of verifiable experience managing content** for social media. * **Visible portfolio** showcasing published content (preferably in the insurance or financial sector). Ideal Profile * Visual creativity with commercial sense. * Experience managing professional accounts; experience in insurance is a plus. * Excellent aesthetic judgment and impeccable spelling. * Basic knowledge of recruitment funnels is desirable.
