Job Title: Revenue Manager Location: Mérida Salary: $13,000 – $15,000 net monthly + Commissions Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team and optimize our company’s revenue strategy. The ideal candidate must have experience managing OTAs and advanced English language skills. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue. * Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends. * Manage and optimize presence on OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design promotions and special offers. * Analyze performance reports and adjust strategies as needed. * Implement and oversee rate and availability policies. Requirements: * Prior experience in a similar role as Revenue Manager. * Experience managing OTAs and distribution tools. * Advanced proficiency in English. * Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Familiarity with hotel management software and revenue management tools.
