Customer service and order routing Job Objective: To manage production flow, workshop repairs, and workshop operations while temporarily covering reception duties to ensure order, tracking, and customer service. This is an operational role, not a passive administrative one. Responsibilities: Production: Control of work orders (entry, processing, and delivery) Tracking progress and timelines with jewelers Work prioritization Identification of delays and bottlenecks Repairs: Detailed item intake Commitment date tracking Customer follow-up Operational Control: Excel-based registration and tracking (mandatory) In-process work control Daily status reporting Workshop administrative order Reception (Temporary): Customer service Order and repair intake Routing to sales Profile: Organized with consistent follow-up Firm and decisive character Attention to detail Strong communication skills Requirements: Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) Administrative or operational experience (preferred) Customer service experience (preferred) We Offer: Salary: $13,000 to $15,000 monthly + bonus Statutory benefits Career growth within the company Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: Between 20 and 40 years Knowledge: Production control, Operations, Organization, Production, Reception, Tracking
