Transform data into strategic recommendations for clients. **GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION** At **MUZARA**, we are looking for a **Junior Digital Strategist** passionate about digital marketing, data, and campaign optimization. This role will be responsible for **planning, executing, scheduling, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns** for the brands managed by our agency. The work involves proposing **digital strategic actions grounded in performance/data, market trends, and platform expertise**, including outcome projections and generating insights to continuously improve campaign performance. The role requires an analytical mindset, results orientation, and the ability to **transform data into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop **monthly performance projections (KPIs)** for digital campaigns. * Estimate metrics such as **CTR, clicks, impressions, conversions, and reach**, aligned with each client’s objectives. * Configure, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on **Meta Business Manager, Google Ads**, and **TikTok Ads**. * Monitor campaign performance against **projected KPIs**. * Perform **continuous optimizations** to improve performance and budget efficiency. * Identify improvement opportunities in targeting, creative, budget allocation, and strategy. * Interpret results and **translate them into strategic insights** to support decision-making. * Prepare **clear, actionable performance reports** for internal presentations and client meetings. * Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to enhance campaign impact. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * 1–2 years of experience managing digital campaigns. * Interest in digital marketing and performance marketing. * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Ability to interpret marketing metrics and results. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity in proposing campaign improvements. * Ability to communicate results clearly. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in **Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads)**. * Proficiency in **Google Ads**. * Proficiency in **TikTok Ads**. * Interpretation of digital marketing metrics. * Creation of performance reports. * Planning of digital campaigns based on KPIs. **DESIRED KNOWLEDGE** * **Shopify**. * **Kommo (CRM)**. * **Mailchimp**. * **Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)**. * Analytics tools and dashboards. **WHAT WE OFFER** • Employment under the “assimilated to salary” regime, with biweekly payment. • Transportation allowance if commuting to offices or parking card. • Computing equipment. • Travel benefits through MAP agency. • First three months as a probationary period.
