You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end users, software and hardware support; tasked with addressing user needs and ensuring continuity of client operations. **Work Location**: **Industrial Minera Charcas, S.L.P.** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree / Engineering in Systems or related field (TSU, graduated, or currently completing degree) * Minimum 1 year of experience providing on-site IT user support * No objections to relocation * Immediate availability. **Knowledge in:** * Experience providing remote and on-site user support (1 year of experience) * Use of ticketing tools * Incident and problem resolution * Installation and troubleshooting of DSL/VPN/Wireless * Network and cabling testing * Connectivity testing. * Hardware and Software support (computers, printers, network devices, etc.) * Knowledge of ITIL * Printer and email support * Active Directory * Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server and workstation operating systems. **Benefits** * Base salary * Quarterly bonus * Special bonus * Statutory benefits
