Coordination of engineering disciplines A national leader in mining and infrastructure projects is seeking an Engineering Manager due to growth. **Work Location:** Lazaro Cardenas, Michoacán **Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, or Mining Engineer (degree holder with professional license) * Mandatory experience of 15 to 18 years in: * Mechanical engineering development for mineral processing and industrial plants, handling metallurgical processes for copper separation and by-products. * Personnel management and supervision of large, specialized teams * Solid knowledge of international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, AWS) * Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad (USA and Peru) * Intermediate to advanced conversational and technical English **Responsibilities:** * Ensure quality and review of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development for mining plant process engineering. * Lead mechanical and mining engineering for plant, equipment, and infrastructure projects. * Define design criteria, technical specifications, and project standards. * Coordinate engineering disciplines: mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation. * Sizing of primary mining equipment (crushing areas). * Hydraulic analysis, clean fluids, and solids.
