Junior Commercial Advisor / Salesperson — Geravolt Solar Are you passionate about sales and eager to be part of Mexico’s energy transition? At Geravolt Solar, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Advisor to join our team in Merida, Yucatan. We are authorized distributors of leading solar market brands such as Victron Energy, Pytes, and Felicity, among others. We sell solar and backup systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Mexico. Your Responsibilities: • Ability to prospect and maintain an active customer portfolio • Attend to and follow up with customers • Prepare quotations for solar equipment, batteries, and inverters • Close sales and conduct post-sales follow-up • Visit customers and project sites as needed • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets What We Are Looking For: • Proven sales experience (minimum 1 year) • Basic knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy, batteries, or electrical systems • Valid driver’s license • Excellent service attitude and results orientation • Proficiency in Office / Google Workspace and digital tools • Strong spelling and written communication skills Bonus Points If You Have: • Prior experience in the solar sector • Knowledge of off-grid, hybrid, or backup systems • Experience using CRM or ERP systems • B2B sales closing experience • Your own customer portfolio • Conversational English We Offer: • Base salary + uncapped commissions • Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation) • Technical and commercial training on Victron products and solar energy • Real career growth within an expanding company • Excellent work environment Location: Merida, Yucatan (100% on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Interested?
