Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Civil Works Resident to supervise residential construction, coordinate operational staff, and ensure project quality and progress tracking. Employment Type: Full-time A company engaged in residential construction and sales is seeking: Civil Works Resident Responsibilities Supervise the construction site and operational staff Track project progress (start and completion) Coordinate daily on-site activities Verify work quality Control materials, machinery, and resources Prepare reports Attend site meetings and client progress meetings Safeguard on-site materials Ensure houses are 100% completed prior to handover Coordinate final details with residents and suppliers Schedule and supervise client deliveries Follow up on warranties and post-sale services Coordinate repairs and ensure resolution of pending items Maintain control and tracking of houses under construction Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday hours depend on workload, typically ending at 2:00 PM) Requirements* Experience in residential construction Experience in site supervision or coordination Organized, responsible, and with a strong sense of urgency Strong interpersonal skills with clients Ability to coordinate multiple tasks We seek a candidate who: Leaves no tasks pending Is proactive and solution-oriented Can effectively follow up with and exert appropriate pressure on suppliers Focuses on full completion—not just “nearly done” Driving license (standard car, hatchback) and valid driver’s license are mandatory.
