Position Summary: This position supports Nestle warehouses by managing ramp assignments for loading/unloading, generating system movements for material entry/exit, and ensuring operations adhere to quality and hygiene standards. Compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety policies **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * Location: Toluca Chocolate and Beverages Factory * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional weekend work required). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics. * Experience: 1 year in warehouse management and people management. **POSITION SNAPSHOT** Provide support to Nestle warehouses by assigning loading/unloading ramps and generating corresponding system transactions for the entry or exit of raw materials; packaging materials; or finished, semi-finished products—ensuring all operations comply with the company’s established quality and hygiene standards; achieving maximum efficiency in the use of labor, equipment, facilities, and materials under your responsibility; calculating and analyzing KPIs as well as controlling the inflow/outflow of raw materials and packaging materials, and finished products; maintaining strict compliance with policies related to Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection, as well as adherence to all Compliance requirements (e.g., seal control). **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…** * Daily oversight of physical inventory counts, analysis of warehouse discrepancies, implementation of corrective actions for identified variances, and execution of the cyclic counting plan. * Support achievement of departmental objectives by assisting in problem resolution and monitoring supply of packaging materials and raw materials, as well as scheduling empty trailers to ensure timely shipment of finished products to various Nestle distribution centers, thereby enabling fulfillment of departmental goals. * Conduct yard maneuvering audits to verify proper application of security measures on transport vehicles during loading/unloading operations. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:** * Excel proficiency * SAP **Application Deadline** 04\-03\-2026
