Purpose and Job Description: We seek a person who can help us prepare and deliver ingredients on time and in required quantities, applying weight controls and established procedures, ensuring accurate physical and theoretical inventory control, maintaining the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and food safety, and guaranteeing proper material rotation under the FIFO system. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients within established timeframes. Prepare required quantities according to production needs. Apply weight controls during ingredient preparation. Deliver ingredients in accordance with established procedures. Verify physical inventory against theoretical inventory. Record and track possible inventory discrepancies. Maintain order in the materials warehouse. Ensure consistent cleanliness of the storage area. Guarantee food safety conditions in material handling. Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation system. Supervise correct use and storage of materials.
