




Position Summary: Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes, as well as quality management, contributing to operational optimization and continuous improvement. Development of skills in process and quality management OBJECTIVE Support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes, as well as activities related to quality and administrative management, contributing to compliance with standards, operational optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Support in identifying and documenting operational and administrative processes. • Develop and update flowcharts and process maps. • Collaborate in identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes. • Support activities related to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 or others). • Participate in developing and reviewing procedures, work instructions, and forms. • Collect and analyze basic data for process indicators. • Provide administrative support to the quality/process department. • Document control Required Knowledge • Basic knowledge of: o Process management o Quality management o Flowcharts and process mapping • Basic concepts of: o Continuous improvement o Performance indicators (KPIs) o Process documentation • Introductory knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 is desirable.
