Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) Position: Process Analyst Location: Mérida, Yucatán Company: Retail/department store company Work Mode: On-site · Position Objective Analyze, document, and improve the organization’s administrative and operational processes to optimize efficiency, standardize practices, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Main Responsibilities Conduct process discovery, mapping, and documentation for administrative and operational processes. Identify areas for improvement, risks, and optimization opportunities. Develop flowcharts, manuals, policies, and procedures. Standardize processes across different departments and branches. Monitor implementation of process improvements and changes. Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to defined processes. Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects. Train staff on new processes or updates. Support internal audits related to processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–42 years of experience in process analysis and documentation. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or service companies (preferred). Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). Proficiency in diagramming tools (Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or similar). Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation.
