Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Recruiter to attract and manage the full recruitment process for new branch openings, including profile evaluation and hiring coordination. Ability to make informed decisions when evaluating candidate profiles At Tiendas Neto, we seek your talent as a Recruiter Position: Operational Recruiter for upcoming branch openings Location: Merida (with possible travel across the peninsula) Required Profile Minimum 6 months of recruitment and selection experience, preferably in retail or self-service companies (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, fashion retail) Proficiency in resume analysis and competency-based interviews to identify suitable candidates for operational positions. Ability to make informed decisions based on profile evaluation. Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields. High availability for travel and field recruitment activities (flyer distribution, job postings, mini job fairs, etc.). Main Responsibilities Attract suitable candidates for new branch openings. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment process, from application receipt through to hiring. Evaluate candidates’ competencies, skills, and fit for available positions. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection tests. Negotiate job offers and manage hiring closure. Execute field recruitment strategies to ensure staffing coverage for each opening. Employment Offer Monthly salary: $14,000 gross. Coverage bonuses Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus.
