Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance technician with experience in infrastructure, plumbing, masonry, painting, welding, and electrical installations, possessing a service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. General infrastructure maintenance 2. Basic plumbing, masonry, and painting repairs 3. Support for electrode welding and electrical work Main Responsibilities: General infrastructure maintenance. Basic plumbing, masonry, and painting repairs. Support for electrode welding work. Inspection and support for electrical installations. Maintenance and monitoring of irrigation systems and pumps. Tracking and completion of logbooks. Requirements: Experience in general maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, painting, and welding. Basic knowledge of electrical installations. Desirable knowledge of centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, and three-phase motors. Flexible working hours.
