Junior Administrative Accountant

Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll, as well as administrative functions including filing and procedural handling. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive accounting and finance management. 2. Inventory control support. 3. Handling administrative procedures and documentation. Accounting Department: o Prepare, review, and verify income and expense invoices o Payment management (suppliers) o Bank reconciliations o Preparation and recording of accounting journal entries (Contpaq Accounting) o Support for inventory control o Digitally store financial statements and email them to the accountant monthly o Accounting filing and documentation (paper-based) and related documents o Knowledge of SUA and IDSE systems (employee onboarding/offboarding, salary modifications, payment reference numbers) o Payroll and severance calculation and issuance o Calculation, submission, and filing of state and federal taxes o Management of electronic signatures and seals (validity periods) and their renewal Administrative Department: o Filing documentation (physical and digital) o Preparing documentation for procedural handling o Making payments o Weekly, monthly, and annual calendars o Petty cash management o Preparing quotations and gathering information . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 23 and 35 years old Knowledge: Administration, Accounting Administration, Filing, Payroll Calculation, Bank Reconciliations, Accounting, Contpaqi, Financial Statements, Invoices, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Payment Management Keywords: payer, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, accountant, administrator, junior
