Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Nurse to ensure the safety and well-being of employees by implementing occupational health models and conducting medical follow-ups. Key Highlights: 1. A collaborative and supportive work environment **Opportunity to join Grupo Salinas as an Industrial Nurse.** **Responsibilities** Implementation of the eHs model across all 1 elements Safety and hygiene training Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) Safety inspections First-aid kit inspections Emergency equipment inspections Toxicology testing Follow-up and management of employees with chronic illnesses Periodic medical examinations for all staff with over one year of seniority (calisthenics) Pre-employment medical examinations Periodic medical examinations Emergency response assistance 5-minute safety talks Onboarding safety talks PPE control and supply Medication control and supply Follow-up on ST7 and disabilities Safety and hygiene KPIs Health campaigns Travel as operationally required for facility openings and ehs model implementation and monitoring **Requirements** * Prior experience in occupational health. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and standards. * Communication skills * Availability to work on weekends * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration. **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment. * You will have opportunities for continuous professional development. * Access to comprehensive wellness and health programs.
