We are looking for an organized person with a high degree of confidentiality, a service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and enthusiasm for professional development in the Human Resources field. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end support in recruitment and selection processes. * Incident tracking and pre-payroll processing. * Monitoring hiring processes and file compilation. * Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires. * Employee assistance: resolving inquiries and following up on requests. * Participation in organizational culture activities and internal events. * Administrative support for Human Resources department processes. * Interaction with external vendors when required. * Proposal of continuous improvements for departmental processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources areas (preferred). * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and Official Mexican Standard NOM-035 (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to handle confidential information. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork orientation.
