




Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Human Resources professional to handle personnel administration, file management, administrative procedures, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages comprehensive personnel administration and HR procedures. 2. Collaborates on internal projects and continuous process improvement. 3. Ensures compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources professional with relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personnel administration, among other functions coordinated internally with other company departments. **Responsibilities** · Maintain and update the employee database (contracts, employment history, absences, benefits). · Manage personnel files, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding. · Prepare payroll drafts, handle attendance incidents, and retain requisitions. · Manage administrative procedures (onboarding/offboarding, SAT/IMSS/INFONAVIT updates, employment certificates). · Organize and archive physical and digital documentation, ensuring confidentiality and order. · Respond to and redirect staff inquiries or doubts regarding procedures and internal policies. · Prepare regular HR indicators reports (new hires, turnover, absenteeism). · Collaborate on internal projects: training programs, process improvements, events, surveys. · Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and company policies. · Conduct onboarding sessions and follow-up for new hires. · Internal communication, workplace climate management, and issuance of official documents. · Develop and implement HR department policies and manuals. · Apply disciplinary measures and manage incident records. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles: administrative HR, HR assistant, or HR coordinator. · Practical knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems or personnel databases. · Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital calendar tools. **Skills and Competencies** · Organization, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate information. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and candidates. · Proactivity and initiative to optimize processes and propose improvements. · Strong time management, multitasking ability, and capacity to work under pressure. · Internal service orientation and collaborative attitude with diverse teams.
