This position plays a fundamental role in the **physical and documentary control of goods**, ensuring compliance with the operational procedures established by the customs agency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and validate raw materials against the packing list provided by the client, reporting any discrepancies detected. * Confirm that the invoice matches the received goods and previously verified data. * Verify invoices for definitive customs entries in accordance with customs requirements. * Correctly identify and record the brand, model, serial number, or identification number of the goods, and send this information to the head office for invoice preparation. * Determine and confirm the corresponding tariff classification, according to the applicable classification. * Coordinate with clients to organize verification processes efficiently and promptly. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of goods clearance. * Tax knowledge. * Customs Law. * Foreign Trade Rules. * Knowledge of tariff classifications. **Technical Skills:** * Negotiation ability. * Teamwork. * Interpersonal skills. * Effective communication.
