Education: Secondary school (legal certificate of completion required) 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience and interest in 100% field-based domiciliary collections Cash handling. Field personnel management and coordination, ensuring appropriate route distribution and operational follow-up. Main Responsibilities: Field collection of delinquent portfolios. Timely and accurate deposit (of collected cash) into corresponding bank branches. Transporting field agents.
