Key Responsibilities Supervise the performance of branch managers and district operational teams. Ensure compliance with KPIs: sales, profitability, productivity, service, and turnover. Implement commercial and operational strategies defined by senior management. Analyze district performance indicators and take corrective actions. Manage budgets, inventory, and expense control. Develop talent: recruitment, training, evaluation, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and regulations. Represent the company before key clients and strategic partners.
