Results orientation and performance indicator analysis Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and supervise operations across multiple branches within a defined geographic area, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, and service goals aligned with the organization's strategy. Key Responsibilities Supervise the performance of branch managers and district operational teams. Ensure compliance with KPIs: sales, profitability, productivity, service, and turnover. Implement commercial and operational strategies defined by senior management. Analyze district performance indicators and take corrective actions. Manage budgets, inventory, and expense control. Develop talent: recruitment, training, evaluation, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and regulations. Represent the company before key clients and strategic partners.
