Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate to support demand analysis and planning using analytical tools and AI for forecasting and data-driven decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Support demand analysis and planning through the use of analytical tools and artificial intelligence technologies, contributing to forecast generation, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making. • Recent graduate or in final semester of Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration Required Knowledge: • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas) • Basic knowledge of: Power BI / Tableau, R, or data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (use of tools such as digital assistants) Main Responsibilities: • Support the development of demand forecasts by product, store, and channel. • Analyze historical sales and inventory data. • Update tracking reports and dashboards (sales, inventory, etc.). • Monitor key performance indicators (sell-out, coverage, inventory). • Identify opportunities for improvement in analytical processes. • Use of AI tools for:  Data analysis support  Automation of repetitive tasks  Report generation WE OFFER: *Base salary *Statutory benefits *Work schedule: Monday to Friday *Preferential discount on our own brands. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 21 and 40 years Knowledge: Teamwork, Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, Microsoft Excel, Planning, Power BI, Tableau Keywords: analyst, planificacion, planning, planeacion, data
