At Fogones MX, we are not looking for someone who merely publishes content. We seek a person capable of *documenting, editing, communicating, and accompanying* a project where Mexican cuisine is understood as memory, territory, research, and resistance. We work with Traditional Cooks from across Mexico. Here, we do not produce empty content nor context-free “food porn.” Here, we build archives, narratives, and public presence around Mexican cuisines and the people who sustain them.
