Education: Secondary school (legal certificate of completion required) 1 year of experience in a similar role. Experience and interest in 100% field-based domiciliary collection. Cash handling. Field personnel management and coordination, ensuring proper route distribution and operational follow-up. Main Responsibilities: Field-based collection of delinquent portfolios. Timely and accurate deposit (of collected cash) into respective bank branches. Transporting field agents.
