Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. - Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). - Knowledge of and experience with SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). - SAP experience (desirable). - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Main Responsibilities - Preparation and application of credit memos. - Recording and controlling the company's revenue. - Management of payment complements, re-invoicing, advances, and reconciliations. - Issuance of invoices, waybills, and transfers. - Document stamping. - Application of discounts for promotions or special customers. - Direct contact and coordination with departments such as: Returns and warranties, Credit and collections, Accounts receivable, and Commercial department.
