Job Summary: Supervise receiving, dispatching, and inventory control; optimize warehouse space; and manage personnel to ensure efficient performance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of receiving and dispatching operations. 2. Strategic inventory management and space optimization. 3. Coordination and evaluation of the warehouse team. Key Responsibilities and Functions Receiving and Dispatching: Supervise unloading, physical inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, as well as order picking and loading of outgoing shipments. Inventory Control: Maintain up-to-date stock records; conduct cyclical and physical inventories to prevent shrinkage, theft, or expiration; reconcile system records with physical warehouse stock. Space Optimization: Organize physical merchandise layout to maximize storage capacity and facilitate rapid access to fast-moving items.
