Customer search and prospecting through various channels We are currently recruiting sales representatives for our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Customer search and prospecting through various channels \- Product demonstrations, ongoing follow-up, and continuous interaction with both active and new customers \- Full post-sales process follow-up (installation, inquiries, complaints, clarifications, etc.) \- Fieldwork and 100% **self-managed** work (work from home and manage your own schedule to conduct prospecting and close deals) **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, prospecting, and/or fieldwork \- Strong preference for commission-based work \- Experience conducting sales and calculations **in USD** \- Excellent organizational, self-management, and responsibility skills **WE OFFER**: \- Base salary ranging from $12,000 to $20,000 gross monthly \- All statutory benefits from day one of employment \- Flexible work modality and activities (remote work \+ fieldwork \+ office work) \- Attractive commissions based on performance exceeding 70% of the monthly target (ranging from $6,000 to $17,000 monthly) — **uncapped** Apply through this channel to begin your hiring process!
