Operations Analyst General Objective: Coordinate with clients, technicians, and internal departments across all stages of the process to achieve successful implementations, while maintaining excellent organization and tracking of activities and KPIs. Responsibilities – What You’ll Do * Develop work plans and kick-off meetings for clients. * Coordinate with clients and technicians for volumetric equipment installation (approval for site access, constraints, and general conditions required to complete the installation). * Track agreements and monitor project progress. * Manage administrative relationships with technical suppliers (NDAs, contracts, administrative communications, documentation). * Inventory management (receipts, shipments, and forecasting based on yard pipeline). * Maintain updated yard reports and data. * Create, standardize, and continuously improve processes. * Report on revenues, expenses, and liter projections (estimated and actual). + Month-end closing, BR, F1, etc. * Semi-automation using Power BI or Excel. * Invoice clients for equipment sales, installations, and recurring services. * Coordinate with logistics for equipment shipments. * Monitor SLA compliance and production capacity. * Manage operational incidents involving suppliers, clients, and internal departments. * Manage departmental KPIs. * Serve as the primary contact point for Customer Experience (CX). * Train clients on platform usage. * Develop presentations for client and internal department reporting. * Research regulatory frameworks. Requirements – What We Need * Basic English proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in administrative or information technology fields. * More than 3 years of experience in administrative and operational roles, managing multiple projects, handling and communicating with technical teams, and interacting with clients. * Experience working with cross-functional teams: Sales, Procurement, Legal, Suppliers, Billing, Collections, Accounting, Finance in general, and Operations.
