




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and reviewing payroll, calculating taxes and contributions, managing incidents and benefits, and generating reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive weekly/biweekly payroll management and payroll receipt stamping. 2. Tax calculation (ISR, IMSS) and incident tracking. 3. Determination of severance payments, settlements, and benefits (bonus, PTU). Preparation and review of weekly/biweekly payroll Calculation of taxes, ISR, and IMSS contributions Incident management (absences, vacations, disabilities) Stamping of payroll receipts Handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS Support in determining SUA and IDSE Review of payroll CFDIs and tax compliance Validation of severance and settlement calculations Management and calculation of benefits (bonus, vacation premium, PTU) Generation of monthly and cumulative payroll reports. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 24 and 42 years Knowledge: Contpaqi Keywords: payroll, salary, wages, compensation, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, payroll specialist
