Due to growth, Grupo CAPSA is seeking: * Kitchen assistant for the Mercado Libre dining room (Carretera Merida\-Campeche) **Requirements:** 1\. 1 month to 1 year of experience in a similar position. (verifiable) 2\. Age: 18\-50 years. 3\. Teamwork skills. 4\. Flexible availability. **Essential:** 1\. Knowledge of regional Yucatecan cuisine. 2\. Proactive and responsible person. 3\. Service-oriented attitude. 4\. Ability to work under pressure. 5\. Commitment to strictly follow applicable sanitation protocols. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Maintain order on shelves and in storage areas with labeled products. 2\. Keep trash bins clean inside and out, without overflowing waste. Take out garbage at the end of the shift. 3\. Prepare containers with water and chlorine to disinfect kitchen utensils, fruits, and vegetables. 4\. Ensure restrooms, hand soap, and antibacterial gel are available in the kitchen. 5\. Maintain and verify that equipment, machinery, utensils, and culinary tools as well as work areas are clean and disinfected. 6\. Continuously clean work areas, floors, refrigerators, freezers, shelves, and appliances. 7\. Prepare and process raw materials for service (peeling, cutting, marinating, assembling dishes). 8\. Provide support in requested areas for service or production. 9\. Carry out pre-production for the line and manage inventories for the following shift. 10\. Check and secure products with labels using the FIFO (PEPS) inventory system. 11\. Verify availability of sauces and side dishes for the line. Refill if necessary. 12\. Maintain sauce station at proper temperature during service. (Always use ice to prevent spoilage.) 13\. Label all processed, raw, and stored food items. 14\.
