This position will allow you to contribute to the development of our team and the success of the company. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably for sales profiles) * Management of diverse recruitment sources * Initial and competency-based interviews * Personnel hiring process * Administrative tasks (attendance records, pre-payroll validation, employee onboarding and offboarding) * Knowledge of STPS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), and IMSS regulations * Employee support and administrative processes (personnel file management, payroll clarification, contract and resignation preparation, severance payment delivery) * Labor relations **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Benefits:** * Base salary: $20,990 * Quarterly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits \+ * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Direct employment contract with the company * IMSS contributions based on integrated daily wage (SDI) Join us and contribute to the success of Afore Invercap.
